RentSmart Basics also provides a base understanding of the related tenancy laws and finding a home and is designed for:

• Youth and Adults
• Newcomers and refugees
• People transitioning from housing instability to housing stability

Covers “3 Keys” to Renting:

1. Pay Rent on time in full
2. Enjoyment & being a good neighbour
3. Taking care of your home
