Ride Don’t Hide 2017
Ride Don’t Hide is a community bike ride hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), with the goal to raise awareness and help break the stigma surrounding mental health while raising essential funds to support youth mental health and awareness programs.
CMHA Peel Dufferin’s Ride Don’t Hide takes place in the beautiful Caledon countryside and brings together experienced and recreational cyclists, families and corporations to fight the stigma of mental illness, and promote positive mental health, one pedal at a time.
Ride Don’t Hide Peel features 4 distances with all routes starting and ending at Lloyd Wilson Centennial Park in the picturesque village of Inglewood. The 20 km Family Ride is traffic-free, utilizing part of the Trans Canada Trail System, while 25 km, 50 km and 100 km road routes will challenge experienced cyclists and enthusiasts.
