Survivors of Suicide Loss
Grief after losing a loved one to suicide can be difficult, intense and complicated. Survivors must mourn, question and rebuild their shattered lives. This group provides a safe atmosphere for exploring the unique aspects of grief for a suicide loss that may not be understood by others.
Key themes of this group include:
- Knowing You are Not Alone
- Navigating Through Uncertainty and Vulnerability
- Finding Ways to Cope
- A Safe Place to Explore Common Questions
- Share Grief Experiences
- Opportunity to share memories
The Canadian Mental Health Association in partnership with the Toronto Survivor Support Program is hosting a closed 8 week group led by experienced facilitators. This group is offered without charge. Registration is Required.
