We are heartbroken
Jun 4, 2021
We are heartbroken by the discovery of 215 Indigenous children buried at a former residential school in Kamloops, as part of an investigation that began in the early 2000s. This unthinkable loss is a dark shadow on the country’s history and sadly, more stories like this will be uncovered. We understand the unending trauma many are experiencing and want those suffering to know we are grieving this loss with you. As always, we are here to support anyone who needs it.
The journey to true Truth and Reconciliation has only just begun.
