Get ready to bike, walk, or roll your way through mental health awareness with Hope in Motion on June 1st, 2025 in Brampton. With various routes available, there will be something fun for everyone!

We’ll be offering a unique “choose-your-own-adventure” experience that allows you and your colleagues to participate on your terms and make a direct impact to the mental health and addictions programs and services offered in your community.
