What is Vocational Support Service?
Vocational Support Services offers advocacy and assistance with skills assessment, career exploration, finding/maintaining employment, volunteer placements and continuing education.
Who can benefit?
Anyone 16 years and over who experience mental health concerns and resides in Peel Region.
What are the major benefits?
- Individualized vocational support around personal growth and recovery.
- Workshops and groups on topics including: pre-vocational skills, job searching, résumés and interviewing techniques.
- Drop-in or scheduled access to computers and resources at our Career Centre.
- Service in safe and convenient locations, including workplaces, community settings and our program locations.
